We are located in Ruturaj Apartments, right in the LIC Colony area of Borivali West. Our flat is number 16 on the C-13 block. Mumbai is a crowded place, so having an office in a residential building like this helps us stay a bit more grounded. It feels less like a factory and more like a workspace where people actually talk to each other. We have been at this address for a while. The 400103 pin code is our little corner of the city. Usually, there is a lot of traffic outside, but once you get into the colony, it settles down a bit. We don't have big signs or anything flashy. Simplex Infrastructures Limited is the name on the door, and that’s about it. Inside, it is mostly just us working through plans and keeping track of the various jobs we have running. It gets busy, and sometimes the desk gets buried under paperwork, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more about getting the logistics sorted and making sure the teams have what they need. If you come by, you’ll probably see us on the phone or looking at some drawings. It is a practical office for practical people. Borivali is a good spot for us because it’s connected well enough, even if the commute can be a pain sometimes.
