Simplex Infrastructures Limited

In Navi Mumbai, specifically in Nerul, we have our Simplex Infrastructures Limited office. We are located at 102, Venkatesh Sadan in Sector-20. Nerul is a well-planned area, so finding us is usually easier than in the older parts of the city. Venkatesh Sadan is a decent building with a mix of offices and homes. Our space on the first floor is where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s a clean, simple setup with enough room for our small team. We have a few computers and some tables for looking at large-scale plans. Being in Sector-20 means we are close to the station and some good local spots for food. The office doesn't have any corporate art or fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get through the day's tasks. There’s usually a bit of a breeze coming through the windows in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with sites across the region. It’s a practical way to work. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we know the drill. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just come in, do the work, and head home. It’s a steady environment and the neighbors in the building are friendly. We’ve been happy with this spot in Nerul for quite a while now. When the monsoon hits, the area gets very green.
