You can find us in Mumbai at 301, Sun Beam, right on North Avenue in Santacruz West. Our office is Silverdale Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. and we’ve been at this address for quite a while. Santacruz is a busy area, especially West, so there’s always a lot of energy around. We are on the third floor. It’s not a huge office, but it’s enough for what we do. We provide various services and most of our day is spent handling requests and making sure things are running smoothly for our clients. The Mumbai humidity can be a bit much sometimes, but we have the fans going. It’s a very grounded workplace. We don’t have any of that corporate jargon or high-pressure sales stuff going on. It’s mostly just people talking on phones and typing away. We have some good views of the trees on North Avenue from our windows. Most of us have been working together for years, so it feels a bit like a family. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job every day. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get to the office, but we usually manage to show up. It’s a straightforward business in a great part of the city.
