It can be a bit quiet since there is no office chatter or the sound of a printer going off all the time. Sometimes it feels like we are just a voice in the digital world, but there is a lot of real effort that goes into managing those emails. We have to stay organized with our folders and make sure nothing gets missed. It is practical for us because it saves on the rent for a big building and the headache of a daily commute in heavy traffic. Even though we are not at a physical street address, we are still here every day doing the work. We take breaks to get some fresh air or grab a coffee, just like anyone in a regular shop. It is just us and the internet, trying to stay on top of things and keep the communication clear for everyone who reaches out to that address. It works for what we need.
