Even though the name says Mumbai, our office is actually located in Pune. We are at Flat 9 in Building C1B of Giridharnagar in the Warje area. It is a residential building, so the office feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have a few rooms set up with our desks and equipment. It is a bit of a tight fit when everyone is here at the same time, but we make it work. Warje is a growing part of Pune, and it is a lot more relaxed than the middle of Mumbai. We don't have a big reception desk or any fancy logos on the walls. It is just a practical place where we can sit down and get our work finished. The neighbors in the building are mostly families, so you hear children playing in the hallways sometimes. We usually take turns making tea in the small kitchen area. There is a good local market nearby where we can get whatever we need for the office. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working on our computers. It is a very simple way of doing things, and we like that it is not too formal. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home. It is an honest, everyday workspace in a normal Pune housing society, and it suits our needs perfectly without any unnecessary flashiness or expensive office furniture.
