Working at Shiv Ashish Complex on the Andheri-Kurla Road is definitely an experience. If you know Sakinada in Andheri, you know it is one of the busiest parts of Mumbai. Sicpa India Ltd. is based right here, and the energy outside is always intense. There’s the metro construction, the constant stream of rickshaws, and people rushing everywhere. Inside our space at the complex, it’s a bit calmer, but you can still feel the pulse of the road. We are just a regular team doing our thing. The office isn't anything out of a magazine. It’s got desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We spend our mornings navigating the traffic just to get to the desk. Sicpa India Ltd. has been part of this landscape for a while. We don’t really do big meetings with fancy slides. It’s more like a quick chat over a desk or a phone call to get things sorted. The building is older, so it has its quirks, like the elevator being moody or the hallway lights flickering sometimes. But it’s home for the workday. We handle our tasks, eat our lunch from tiffin boxes, and try to beat the evening rush when it’s time to head out.
