Our office is at 9A/71 in the Shivai Co-operative Housing Society. It's an MMRDA building right on the J.V. Link Road in Durga Nagar. Jogeshwari East is where we are based. Shyadri Project Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a small group. We work on various building projects. The office is right there in the middle of all the noise and traffic of the Link Road. It’s a busy spot in Mumbai. We have some desks, some maps, and a lot of tea. We aren't some high-rise corporate firm. We are just guys who understand development and construction. The Shivai society is a regular place, and our unit is usually full of people talking about sites and permits. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We know the Jogeshwari area pretty well. We don't have a fancy showroom or a PR team. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people seeing us on site. We just keep it simple and focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving. That's our daily life here in Durga Nagar. We don't wear suits to work. Usually, it's just shirts and trousers. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some plans, but that's part of the job. It’s just a normal workplace.
