Shruti Telecom

Shruti Telecom is located over in Dadar at Shop No.237 on Mmgs Marg. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Shivsena Shakha and not far from Sharda Talkies. It’s a very busy part of the city, and there’s always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. We handle mostly mobile phones and the various services that go with them. People come in for recharges, new cases, or when their phone starts acting up for no reason. The shop is small, like many in Dadar, so we have to use every inch of space for our stock and repair tools. It can get a bit crowded when three or four people are inside at once. We don’t have any fancy displays or a big corporate vibe going on. It’s just a local shop where we try to help people with their gadgets so they can stay connected. Sometimes the repairs are easy, like a screen replacement, and other times we have to poke around the internal circuits for a while to find the fault. We see all kinds of people here, from students to workers in the neighborhood. Being near Sharda Talkies means we get some foot traffic from folks heading to the movies too. We just do our work and try to keep everyone’s phones running. It’s a simple business, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the neighborhood.
