You can find us in Andheri East, right near the Jangleshwar Mandir. We are located where the Mahanagar Gas Limited filling station is. It is a very busy spot because everyone is always stopping to get their tanks filled. The smell of gas is something you just get used to after a few days. We spend most of our time outside or in the small service area. It gets very hot standing out there in the sun all day, but we have a little bit of shade near the temple side. There is always a line of cars or rickshaws waiting, so we don't have much time to sit around. We are constantly checking valves, fixing kits, and making sure everything is safe. Our hands are usually dirty by the time we have our first break. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. The noise from the traffic and the gas pumps is constant. We talk loudly to be heard over the engines. Sometimes people are in a hurry and get a bit impatient, but we just do our work as fast as we can. It’s a simple service we provide to the local drivers. We’ve been at this location for a long time now, so we know many of the regulars who come through. It is just a basic, hardworking gas service shop where we keep things running for everyone.
