Shrikant Chavan & Associates

We've been working out of our office at C-2 in Sahakar Nagar for a good while now. It's right on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East, not too far from the Satya Saibaba Mandir. If you know the area, it's pretty busy but we like it here. Shrikant Chavan & Associates is basically just us doing our thing every day. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and looking over drawings or paperwork. Mumbai is a crowded place to work, especially in Andheri, but being near the caves gives the neighborhood a bit of a different feel. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate office setup. It's more about getting the job done and making sure the numbers and plans are right before they go out. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them where our door is. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. Sometimes the traffic on Mahakali Caves Road gets a bit loud in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a few years. We spend a lot of time just talking through projects and figuring out the best way to handle whatever comes across the desk. It’s a practical space. We keep things straightforward here because that's what works. If you are walking toward the Mandir, you’ll probably pass us. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. It's just a local spot where we put in the hours and try to keep things moving.
