You won't find any revolving doors or security guards here. You just walk up to the gate and come in. We have a dedicated room where we keep all the records for the Nidhi. It’s quiet out here, mostly just the sounds of the countryside and the occasional tractor passing by. Most of the people we see are our neighbors or folks from the nearby farms. We sit down with them, often over a cup of tea, to go through their papers. It’s a very personal way of doing business, and it suits the way life goes in Jath. We don't have a website or a big advertising budget. News of what we do just spreads by word of mouth from one person to the next. We focus on keeping the accounts accurate and making sure everyone feels welcome when they drop by. It’s a simple life, and we are happy to provide a place where the local community can manage their finances without having to travel far.
