We’ve been here at Tata Symphony in Chandivali for a while now. Most people know us because we’re just a short trip from the Bhayander railway station, which makes it easier for people to drop by. It gets pretty loud around here with all the commuters and the local traffic, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. My desk is usually covered in folders and random sticky notes because there is always a lot to keep track of with local properties. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood or waiting for people to show up for viewings. Sometimes they are late, and sometimes they don't show at all, which is just part of the daily job. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a small space at C-82/G-75 where we sit and talk to people about where they want to live. My brother helps out when things get busy. We know most of the shop owners nearby and often grab tea from the stall around the corner while we wait for the next person to call. Buying or renting a place is always a bit of a headache for everyone involved, so we try to stay honest about what is actually available. Some days are slow and we just sit here listening to the trains in the distance, but other days the phone won't stop ringing. It is a simple setup.
