You can find Shrenik Worecut Tooling Co. over at F/14 in the MIDC Industrial Area, right opposite Seepz in Andheri East. This area is pretty much the heart of the industrial side of Mumbai, so there’s always a lot of movement and noise around us. We have been operating from this unit for quite a while, focusing on tooling and whatever else comes through the door. Being right across from Seepz means the location is very well-known, although the traffic at the main junction can be a real test of patience most afternoons. Inside our shop, things are geared toward productivity. We don't have any leather sofas or fancy paintings on the walls. It’s just rows of machinery and racks of materials ready to be used. The air usually smells a bit like metal and machine oil, which is just part of the job. We have a small group of workers who know exactly what they are doing, and we don't need a lot of supervision or management to get through the daily schedule. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we stay late when a particular job is proving to be a bit tricky. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our workspace as organized as possible despite the constant activity. It’s just a normal business doing normal work in a busy industrial hub without any extra fluff.
