Our office for Shreejalan Impex Private Limited is right in the heart of the city in Kalbadevi. We are located on the 4th floor of Plot 30/36, which is part of Jayhind Estate on Dr. Atmaram Merchant Road. If you have ever been to Bhuleshwar, you know how packed the streets are with people and traders. It is a very traditional area for business. Our office is not very large, and the building has that old Mumbai character to it. We deal with impex work, which means a lot of checking ledgers and talking to vendors. The noise from the street below always drifts up, but you get used to it after a few days. We do not use fancy technology for everything; some things are still done the old way because it works. Being in Kalbadevi means we are right where the action is for trade. We do not bother with big speeches or marketing plans. We just focus on making sure the goods move and the payments are correct. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb when the lift is acting up, but that is just part of being in an older part of town. We have many neighbors who have been doing business here for generations. It is a place where a handshake still means something, and we try to keep that spirit alive in our daily work.
