Our place, Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ind., is right on Plot No. 19 in the Kashimira Industrial Estate. It’s just off the Western Express Highway, which makes it easy for trucks to get in and out, though the traffic near Mira can be a real headache in the evenings. We’ve been operating out of this Dist. Thane location for a long time. The workshop is always full of the smell of manufacturing and the sound of tools. We aren't a high-tech lab or anything, just a solid industrial unit where we put in the hours. The building is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it serves us well. Most of the guys here live nearby in the Post Mira area. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Every day is about checking the stock and making sure the production line is moving along. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the industrial side of things and try to keep our customers happy by being reliable. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and staying on your feet, but that’s the nature of the business in this estate. We’re just glad to have a steady spot off the highway where we can do our work and keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
