Our office is over in Vidhyavihar West, right in the Bhaveshwar Complex. It’s really close to the station, which makes it easy for the crew to get in and out, though the noise from the trains is something you just get used to after a week. We handle construction and development stuff. Usually, our desks are covered in blueprints, dusty site boots, and a lot of permits that need signing. Being at G-15 means we see a lot of foot traffic from people heading to the station. We’ve been at this for a bit now, mostly focusing on getting buildings up and making sure the concrete is poured right. It’s hard work and involves a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on sites across the city. Construction isn't always pretty; there are delays and rain and things that break, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't some massive corporate entity with fancy brochures. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or making sure the materials arrived on time at the site. If you walk past the complex, you’ll probably see us inside arguing over a floor plan or drinking tea while looking at a ledger. It’s a local operation. We know the area well and we like being near Vidyavihar. It’s a practical location for what we do. No bells or whistles, just a lot of bricks and mortar.
