Shraddha Impex

Our office is unit 122 in the Keytuo Industrial Estate, which is part of the Bhim Nagar area in the Kondivita MIDC. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how much of a maze it can be with all the industrial buildings packed together. Shraddha Impex is just one of many small businesses operating out of this estate. We deal with importing and exporting various goods. Most of our day is spent dealing with shipping documents, customs forms, and talking to transporters. The office is small and often feels even smaller when we have a new shipment of samples taking up the floor space. There isn't much of a view, just the building across the way and the constant sound of delivery vans. We have a small tea stall just outside the main gate where we go once or twice a day. It is a place where we can stretch our legs and get away from the computer screens for a bit. The staff here has stayed mostly the same over the years. We don't bother with a lot of corporate talk or big meetings. We just sit down and get the paperwork sorted so the goods can move from one place to another. It is a lot of detail work and can be tedious, but it is how we make our living. We have learned to navigate the local system and just keep our heads down and work.
