You can find us at 2/B Vaibhav Building on Jamli Galli in Borivali West. Jamli Galli is a pretty narrow and crowded street, so finding the building for the first time might take a minute. Our clinic is a small, quiet spot compared to the noise of the market outside. We do homeopathy here. That means we talk to people for a long time about how they feel before giving them those tiny white sugar pills. The shelves are full of little glass bottles with handwritten labels. It smells a bit like alcohol and herbs inside. There is a small wooden desk where we sit and listen to patients. People come here for all sorts of things, like skin problems or stuff that hasn't gotten better with regular medicine. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it makes the place feel calm. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit on while they wait their turn. Most of our visitors are from right here in Borivali. They like that they can just walk over after doing their shopping in the lane. We don't have a computer system that tracks everything perfectly, so we still use a big paper ledger for appointments. It’s just how we’ve always done it. The fans overhead hum all day long to keep the air moving. It’s a simple, honest way to run a clinic in a busy neighborhood.
