We are located on the 11th level of Ceejay House in Worli. It’s a big, imposing building right on Dr Annie Besant Road. Even though the building looks very fancy from the outside, inside it is just a lot of people working hard at their computers. The elevators can take forever during the morning rush. We spend most of our day looking at numbers and talking on the phone. The traffic in Mumbai is always a topic of conversation here because it takes everyone so long to get to the office. Shivsagar Estate is a busy hub. You see people in suits everywhere, but we are just regular folks trying to do a good job. The view from the 11th floor is okay, but usually, we are too focused on the screens to notice. We have a small area for coffee where people stand around and talk about their weekends or the latest news. It gets pretty quiet in the office when everyone is concentrating. Then it gets loud again when the markets are busy. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just the usual office furniture and some files. It feels like a very standard place to work once you get past the glass doors. Most of us eat lunch at our desks or go down to the local spots if we have time. It’s a fast-paced environment but we try to keep it friendly. We've been at this location for a while now.
