Shivpurush Builders & Developers

We've been at Shivpurush Builders & Developers for a while now, working out of our office in the Highway Commercial Centre. It’s rooms 309 and 310, right on I B Patel Road in Goregaon East. Most people find us easier if we just say we’re behind the H P Petrol Pump. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We handle building projects and development work around Mumbai. Usually, someone is in the office if you want to drop by, though we are often out at sites checking on how things are moving along. The stairs or lift get you up to the third floor pretty quick. We don't have a big fancy reception, just a regular workspace where we get our planning done and meet with contractors. It gets a bit noisy with the highway nearby, but that’s just how it is in Goregaon. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients. If there's a problem on a job, we just talk it out and fix it. Building stuff involves a lot of paperwork and dealing with people, so we spend plenty of time on the phone or looking at drawings. We've seen a lot of changes in this neighborhood over the years. Some days are long, especially when deadlines are tight, but seeing a project finish up is always a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you're coming from the station, it's a short ride over. Just look for the petrol pump and you're basically there.
