Shirish Patel & Associates

Our office, Shirish Patel & Associates, is located at A 35 in the Om Nivas Co-operative Housing Society. We are at Plot No. 234, right across from the Wadala Station. Mumbai is a fast place, but Wadala West feels like our own little corner. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains all day, which you get used to after a while. We aren't some big firm with glass walls and suits. It’s more of a comfortable room where we look at drawings and handle the paperwork. Mumbai-31 is the zip code we use. We’ve been at this address for quite some years. It’s a bit of an old building, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time at our desks. Sometimes clients drop by, and we have to clear off a chair for them. It’s a modest setup. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. The work keeps us busy enough that we don't think much about marketing. We just do the tasks that are on the schedule for that day. It's a straightforward way to run things. If you are coming by train, you just have to cross the road from the station and you’ll find the Om Nivas building pretty easily. We stay late some nights when the deadlines get close.
