You can find Shine Concepts Pvt Ltd on the 5th floor of the A Wing in Lodha Supremus 2. We are in Unit 521. This is right on Road no 22 in Wagle Estate, Thane West. It’s a more modern building than some of the older estates, so we have working lifts and a proper lobby. But inside our unit, it’s still very much a working office. We handle lighting design and concepts, so there are blueprints and light samples scattered all over the desks. Wagle Estate is a huge hub, and being in Shree Nagar means we are close to everything. The view from the 5th floor isn't great, just other buildings, but the light is good for our work. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us trying to figure out the right way to light up a space. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or looking at catalogs. The coffee machine is the most important piece of equipment we own. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a project needs lights, we find the right ones and make sure they fit. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking. Thane traffic can be a nightmare, so we’re usually here late to avoid the rush. It’s a steady job in a nice enough building, and we just keep at it day by day.
