Sheth Developers Pvt Ltd is over in Goregaon West. We’ve been operating out of this neighborhood for quite a few years. Goregaon West is a place that never seems to stop moving. There’s always some new construction or road work happening. Our office is a simple place where we keep all our blueprints and project files. It’s usually a bit of a mess with coffee mugs and rolled-up papers everywhere. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, we are out at the sites anyway. We just let the buildings we work on speak for us. If a job is done right, people notice. We’ve got a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We know the local area like the back of our hand. Sometimes the traffic in Goregaon makes it hard to get from one site to another, but that’s just life here. We don't try to look more successful than we are. We are just a local development company trying to do a solid job on every project we take on. It’s hard work, but we like it.
