Sheth Developer

Sheth Developer is based at Fairvilla Estate in Juhu. Specifically, we are in F2 on Plot No 68, which is along North South Road No 12. This is part of the JVPD Scheme area, so it is quite a nice and quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Mumbai. We spend our days here working on various developer tasks. The office has a very local feel to it, not like one of those glass towers in the business districts. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal and real. Living and working in Juhu has its own rhythm. We get our work done, have our tea breaks, and talk to whoever comes through the door. The address at Plot 68 is easy enough to find if you know the numbered roads in JVPD. Sometimes the rain makes the trees along Road No 12 look great, but it can also make getting around a bit slow. We don’t really do big marketing or have a polished front desk. It is just a flat that we use for our business operations. Sheth Developer has been part of this community for a bit, and we just carry on with our daily routines. We focus on the work at hand without trying to sound more important than we are.
