Sheth Construction Co. (Sheth Group)

Our office is over in Goregaon East, in the Kanyapada area. We are based in the Ankur building, specifically in B Wing on the first floor. It’s right across from the Maharaja Towers, so it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this flat for quite some time now, and it’s where all the construction business gets handled. Being in a busy part of Mumbai like Goregaon means there’s always a lot of noise and activity outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us looking over site plans and talking to contractors on the phone. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that; it’s just a place to get the work done. The first floor is convenient because we’re always running in and out to head to various construction projects across the city. We keep things pretty simple here, focusing on the day-to-day tasks of managing a construction group. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and files, but that’s just the nature of the business. We’ve built a routine that works for us, starting early in the morning and staying until the day's tasks are crossed off. It’s a practical setup for a local construction firm and it serves us well in this part of Mumbai. We’ve been here long enough that the guards and neighbors all know us by name now.
