Sheng Li Telecom India Private Limited is up on the first floor of Plot No. 112. We are in the Shreepal Complex on Suren Road. To find us, you just look for the Guru Nanak Petrol Pump and we are right behind it in the Chakala area of Andheri East. Being in Andheri East means it’s always fast-paced and there is never a dull moment outside. The first-floor office is reachable by a set of stairs that are a bit narrow, but we’ve gotten used to it. Inside, it’s all about telecom stuff. We have boxes of cables, different types of hardware, and a few desks where we try to manage all the logistics. It gets pretty hot in Andheri, so the air conditioner is usually running full blast during the day. We are tucked away behind the petrol pump so it’s a little quieter than being right on the main road, which helps us focus on our work. Most of our day involves talking to technicians and making sure the equipment gets to where it needs to go on time. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go according to plan, but we figure it out together. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees, just a few of us working in a busy part of the city. We try to stay organized but it's hard when there's so much gear everywhere. We just keep at it and hope for the best.
