We are based at A-1 in Veena Nagar, right off L.B.S. Marg in Mulund West. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Sheetal Medicare Prods. Pvt. Ltd. has been in this spot for quite a long time now. The building is a regular residential and commercial mix, which makes it feel a bit more like a community. We deal with medical products, but our day-to-day is mostly administrative and storage. It’s not a hospital or a clinic, just an office where we manage the supplies. We have shelves lined with various items and a couple of desks where we handle the orders. Sometimes the traffic on L.B.S. Marg makes it hard for deliveries to get here on time, which can be frustrating, but we deal with it. We aren't a big, polished company with a bunch of executives. It's just a few of us here making sure the orders are correct and the stock is where it should be. We usually take turns making tea in the afternoon. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, except for the street noise. We don’t really do any promotion. We just focus on the daily tasks and talking to the people we work with. It's a steady routine, and we're used to the way things go in Mulund. It works for what we do, and we’ve been doing it like this for years.
