Sheesa Impex Llp is right in the middle of the bustle at the Glitz Mall on Kalbadevi Road. If you’ve ever been to Kalbadevi, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of Mumbai. Our office is B-15 in the Mulji Jetha Building at number 99. It’s a historic area for trading, and being here feels like being in the heart of the action. We deal with imports and exports, mostly managing the flow of goods that pass through this part of the city. The mall itself is always crowded, and getting things in and out through the narrow streets can be a real challenge sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to other offices in the building to sort things out. It’s not the kind of place where you sit in silence. There’s always the sound of carts being pushed and people talking. Our office is small but we’ve packed it with everything we need to keep the business running. We don’t have fancy furniture, just sturdy tables and a lot of box files. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve learned how to navigate the local market rules. It’s hard work, especially with the Mumbai heat and the constant rush, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the shipments actually show up when they are supposed to. We stick to our routine and handle the daily grind.
