Sivaram Co. is tucked away in Udyog Bhavan at Gala N.O 1. This is part of the Sharma Industrial Estate on Walbhat Road. Being in Goregaon East, the area is always busy with trucks and people moving goods. Our unit isn't the easiest to find if you don't know the estate well. You have to look for the Sharma Estate entrance first. The space inside is mostly taken up by equipment and materials. It’s an industrial vibe, so there’s always some noise from the neighbors and the sound of work going on. We spend most of our time inside the gala. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how these industrial buildings are designed. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really affect the work we do. Most people who come by are suppliers or workers from other units nearby. Walbhat Road usually has some traffic jams, especially when the big lorries are trying to turn. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's practical for what we do. There’s a small tea shop at the corner of the estate where everyone goes for a break. It's a simple setup here at Sivaram Co., just enough room to get things done without too much fuss. We keep the registers and papers on a wooden desk near the entrance. It’s how we’ve always operated and it works for the way we do business.
