You’ll find Manisha Wires Pvt. Ltd. over at Kamla Bhawan in the Sharma Industrial Estate. We are located near Walbhat Road in Goregaon (East). It’s a very busy part of Mumbai to be in. The Sharma Industrial Estate is always full of trucks and people delivering things at all hours. Our space in Kamla Bhawan is where we handle all our wire business. It’s an industrial setting, so don't expect anything fancy when you walk in. We have machines for the wire and space for the finished rolls to sit before they go out. The noise from Walbhat Road is pretty constant, so we’ve all gotten used to shouting a bit just to be heard over the traffic. We don't really have a lot of time for corporate stuff. We spend the day checking the gauges and making sure the wire is being made correctly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we do. The office is just a small corner where we keep the books and take calls. Some days the traffic in Goregaon makes it hard for deliveries to get in or out, which can be frustrating, but that’s just life here. We’ve been in this estate for a long time and know most of the other business owners around. We just focus on the production and try to get through the day’s list of things to do.
