You can find us at 3, Gurupushya, which is part of the G.V. Scheme on Road No. 4 in Mumbai-81. This is the office for Shapoorji Pallonji Group Co. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to some other parts of Mumbai, which is a nice change of pace. We handle various group activities and coordination from this building. It is not a huge skyscraper or a glass-fronted corporate hub. It’s a simple building where we have our desks and files. We spend a lot of time on the phone and in meetings trying to keep different parts of the company moving in the same direction. It can be a bit of a juggle sometimes. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales talk. Our day is mostly about making sure the administrative side of the business is sorted out. We drink a lot of tea and go through a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve been at this G.V. Scheme location for a good while. It’s a practical place to be based. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the city. It’s a steady routine in a busy city. We try to keep things as simple as possible here.
