This is the Shapoorji Pallonji Constraction Material Gro office in Mulund East, Mumbai. We are c/o Naveenchandra Salian in Building No: 02/704 at Millenium Park Apartment. It’s located in Hari Om Nagar. Being on the seventh floor of a residential building in Mulund is a bit unique, but it works well for managing the material supplies. The office is always full of talk about cement, steel, and logistical schedules. Since we deal with construction materials, there is a lot of coordination between the suppliers and the various project sites across Mumbai. The traffic in Mulund can be quite a challenge, especially near the toll Naka, but we have learned to plan around it. The office itself is just a regular apartment space that we’ve filled with desks and cupboards for all our records. It’s a busy place with phones ringing constantly. We don't have a lot of time for formalities or fancy presentations. Usually, we are just trying to make sure that the right materials get to the right site at the right time. Being in Millenium Park puts us in a good spot for accessing the eastern express highway, which is vital for our work. It’s a very down-to-earth operation, mostly run by people who have been in the trade for years and don't care much for corporate polish or fancy words. We just want to get the job done and keep the supply chain moving as smoothly as possible.
