Shapoorji Pallonji Co Ltd

Working out of Room No J/14 in Jijamata Nagar is interesting. Being on Dr E Moses Road in Worli puts us right in the middle of everything in Mumbai-18. It’s a compact space, but we make it work for Shapoorji Pallonji Co Ltd. There’s a lot of history in this part of town, and you can feel it when you walk down the street. Our office is tucked away, and it’s always humming with activity. We don’t have much room for extras, so every corner is used for something important. Boxes of files, rolls of blueprints, and a few desks are all we need. The neighbors are good people, mostly folks who have been here for generations. It’s a far cry from the high-rise towers you see further down the road. We like the grit of it. It feels real. Getting here can be a struggle in the monsoon, but we manage. We aren’t interested in looking polished or fancy. We’re here to handle the logistics and the daily grind of the construction business. There’s a lot of coordination that goes out from this little room. Every day brings something different, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t do much advertising; our presence in the neighborhood is enough. We just stay busy and keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a tight-knit group here, and we mostly just focus on the task at hand without overthinking it.
