Shapoorji Pallonji &Co Ltd

We are based in Pune, specifically at Flat No-14 in Vishwaraj Vihar, which is on S.N-34/10/9 in the Dhankavadi area. It’s a regular apartment building, and our office is just one of the units there. Working out of a flat gives things a bit of a different feel compared to a big office block. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee, and the living room area is where the main desks are set up for the Shapoorji Pallonji &Co Ltd team. Dhankavadi is a busy part of Pune, and the traffic outside can be pretty loud during rush hour. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the street while we go through our files and plan out the week. The light in the flat is actually quite good in the mornings, which helps when we have a lot of reading to do. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. We keep things pretty low-key here. Our focus is just on getting through the tasks we have without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense workspace where we handle the daily grind in a very ordinary Pune neighborhood.
