Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Ltd

We are based at 107-B, Shantinath Empress, in the Poonam Sagar Complex over in Mira Road East. It’s a lively part of town to be in. Working for Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Ltd from this office means we get a lot of local foot traffic and noise from the complex. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks set up and a small area where we keep all the site maps and project plans. Mira Road is a bit of a trek for some of the staff, so we are used to the train schedules and the rain delays. We don’t put on any acts here. It’s just us doing the daily grind of the building trade. You’ll often find us arguing over where to order snacks from during our afternoon break. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure everyone is on the same page. It gets a bit chaotic when several projects are happening at once, but we usually manage to stay on top of things. We aren't interested in making things sound better than they are. It’s just hard work and a lot of coordination. The building we are in is nice enough, and we’ve made the space our own over the months. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the projects on track without too much fuss or extra meetings.
