Our group, which focuses on construction materials, is based at C/5 Shree Siddivinayak C H S L in Shivsji Nagar, Bhandup (West), Mumbai. It’s a busy part of the city on T P Road, and our office is right in the middle of a residential society. This gives it a very local feel. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. has been using this space to manage the materials and supplies side of the business for quite a while. It’s not a big warehouse, but it’s where all the planning and paperwork happens for the shipments and orders. Bhandup is always buzzing, and being on T P Road means there is a lot of movement outside. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our files stacked up and phones that never seem to stop ringing. We don’t bother with any of that polished marketing language. We are just regular people dealing with concrete, steel, and schedules. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the orders coming in, and the office can feel a little cramped when everyone is here, but we get things done. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We prefer it this way because we are close to the suppliers and the sites. You won't find any fancy brochures here, just delivery notes and invoices. We are just a local team in Bhandup making sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time.
