You can find us in Silicon Tower, which is right in Sector 30A in Vashi. We are up on the tenth floor, specifically in 'D' Wing, Flat No.-1005. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are close to a lot of the newer developments, which is why Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. set up here. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy streets below. The office itself is always a bit cluttered with rolls of site plans and safety gear sitting in the corner. We have a small kitchen area where we probably spend too much time talking about the weekend. It is a fast-paced environment because something is always happening on one of the projects. The lift in Silicon Tower is usually busy, so we have to plan our site departures carefully. We are a small group here, mostly engineers and a couple of people handling the admin side. It is a practical setup. We don’t bother with fancy carpets or expensive paintings. The focus is always on the current project and making sure the boys on the ground have what they need. Some days are long, and we end up staying late to finish up reports, but that’s just the nature of the business. It is a no-nonsense kind of place where we just get things moving. There is usually a lot of noise from the keyboard clicking and phones ringing through the day.
