We've been at the Saishraddha building in Govandi for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Mumbai, but we manage. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. handles a lot of different projects from this office. Most days it is just about getting the work done and making sure things move forward as they should. We deal with construction and planning mostly. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with all the traffic near Govandi, but that is just part of being here. People often ask what we do, and it’s usually just hard work on buildings and infrastructure. We have a small team here at A/705. Everyone knows their job. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. We just show up, look at the plans, and talk to the guys on the ground. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the neighborhood because it feels real. Not like those shiny business districts where everything is fake. Here, you see the city as it is. We’ve had some long days lately, but that’s how it goes in this industry. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the Saishraddha building. Just take the lift up to the seventh floor. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the paperwork, which never seems to end. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
