Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd

Our office is on S.T.T. Marg in Chunabhatti. If you know the Sion area in Mumbai, you know it’s always moving and very crowded. We’ve been part of Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd here for quite a while now. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done for us and keeps us out of the rain. Mumbai is loud and the trains are always humming in the background nearby. We have a lot of people coming in and out every day. It’s a mix of engineers and office staff just trying to keep everything on track. Sometimes the monsoon makes the commute a total nightmare, but we still show up. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing stuff. Usually, it's just us looking at site plans or handling the daily accounts. We get lunch from the local dabbas mostly. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed even when we're really busy. We know each other's families and what's going on in the neighborhood. It’s not like those big corporate hubs where nobody knows your name. Here, we're just regular workers. We do the work, go home, and come back the next day to do it again. It’s a simple cycle. We’ve seen the skyline change from our windows over the years. We’re just one small part of that whole machine. It keeps us busy and we like the routine.
