Vikrant Bais, whose father is Mr. S.N. Bais, is the one who really looks after this place. It’s a residential area, so the office feels very different from a city center skyscraper. We have a nice quiet spot here in Maharashtra. The building itself is just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a yard and some trees around, which is nice when it gets hot. Inside, it’s all business, but in a very relaxed way. We don't have any corporate dress codes or fancy meetings. We just sit down, go through the mail, and handle the local construction requirements. Most of the neighbors know us, and it feels like being part of a community. We aren't trying to be the biggest office in Nagpur. We just want to be a place where the work gets done correctly. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s an honest, simple way to run a branch office. We don't have any big speeches to make about our goals. We just focus on the projects we have at hand every day and try to keep things moving forward without much fuss.
