Our office for Shankeshwar Realty Llp is located at Shop No. 25B on the second floor of Shankeshwar Arcade. This is right in the middle of Dhanji Street, which is a very busy part of Mumbai. The address is 17/19 Dhanji Street, and if you know the area, you know how crowded it can get with all the shops and traders. Getting up to the second floor takes you away from some of the street noise, but you can still hear the bustle of the market below. We have a small shop space that we’ve filled with desks and cupboards for our property files. It’s not a very large area, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. Dhanji Street is famous for its jewelry and hardware shops, so being a real estate firm here makes us a bit different from our neighbors. We spend our mornings going through the latest property updates and making calls. In the afternoons, we often have to navigate the narrow lanes to visit different sites around the city. The office has a very practical feel to it. There are no fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where we handle our business and talk to people about their property needs. We like the energy of the arcade and the fact that we are right in the center of such an active commercial hub.
