Shanco Industries

We’ve been here at B-50 on Mahakali Road for a good while now. Palsana is a busy spot and our little corner of the district stays pretty loud most days. Shanco Industries isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us, a bunch of machines, and a lot of dust from the road. We get in early, usually when the sun is just coming up over the fields, and start things up. The shed gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we just keep at it. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits by heart. We handle a lot of different parts and materials throughout the week. Sometimes the trucks are late getting to us because of the traffic on the main road, which can be a bit of a headache. We don't really do big meetings or have many files on the desks. Usually, we just talk over the noise of the shop floor to get things sorted. People stop by the gate sometimes to ask directions or just to see what we're making today. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If someone needs something, they usually just walk in and find one of us near the back. It’s just how we operate here in Palsana. We stay busy and try to get home before it gets too dark.
