Shama Engineers & Developers

Shama Engineers & Developers is located in Muscat, in the Sultanate of Oman. We have been working in this region for a while now. Engineering and development is what we do every day. It’s a busy field here because Muscat is always growing and changing. Our team is a mix of people who actually know how to build things. We don't spend all our time in the office. We are often out on the dusty sites, checking on progress. Our office space is pretty basic. It’s a place to keep our drawings, computers, and a few chairs for meetings. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks. We just have what we need to get the job done. The weather in Oman is usually very hot, so we start our days early to get the most out of the cooler mornings. We aren't a giant company with thousands of employees. We are small enough that we all know each other’s names. We don't do a lot of talking about how great we are. We just try to finish our projects on time and make sure they are built right. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. If you need us, we’re usually either at our desks or out at a site.
