Shakti Parmar and associates is based right in the heart of things in Colaba. Our office is number 307 in the Ram Nimi Building, which is on Mandlik Road just off the main Colaba Causeway. It is a lively area, to say the least. There is always something going on outside, from tourists to local vendors. Inside our office, it is a bit quieter, but not by much. We are a small group of people who focus on architectural work and consulting. We’ve been in this building for many years. It has that old South Mumbai charm, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We don't go for the modern, sterile office look. Our space is filled with books, old files, and rolls of drawings that we haven't quite found a place for yet. We spend our days dealing with plans, permits, and meetings. It’s not always exciting, but it is what we know how to do. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our clients have been coming to us for a long time or were told about us by a friend. We like it that way. Being near the Causeway means we can always grab a quick bite or some tea nearby when things get stressful. It is a good place to work, surrounded by history and the constant buzz of the city. We just keep doing our thing every day.
