Shakti Engg & Die Casting

We have been here at Nand Deep Industrial Estate for quite some time now. It is right on Kondivita Road, just across from where the Camlin office is. If you know Andheri East, you know how busy this area gets with all the trucks and people moving around. Our workshop is always a bit loud because of the die casting machines, but that is just how engineering work goes. We mostly spend our days dealing with molds and metal. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, but we just keep the fans running and get on with the jobs we have. People usually find us easily because of the landmark, though the traffic near J.B. Nagar can be a real headache in the evenings. We are just a small group of people working here, making sure the parts we cast are what they are supposed to be. There is nothing fancy about our setup, just old-fashioned heavy machines and a lot of grease. Sometimes the floors get messy, but we clean up before the next shift starts. We handle everything from the initial prep to the final casting. Most of our regulars just drop by the unit to talk about their orders instead of calling. It feels more personal that way. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little spot in the industrial estate stays pretty much the same.
