Shailendra Realtors Private Limited is located over in Grant Road. We are at Roshan Mahal, which is on Naushir Bharucha Marg. It’s an old building, Plot-66, and we are on the first floor in units 15 and 16. Grant Road has that classic Mumbai feel, and our office is no different. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but not too bad. The office is on the first floor, so you don't have to wait for the lift, which is a blessing in these older buildings. We’ve got a fair amount of space across the two units. It’s mostly just desks and a lot of paper folders. Real estate involves so much paperwork, you wouldn't believe it. The area around 400007 is always moving. We have people coming in to ask about rentals or sales in South Mumbai mostly. It’s not a shiny new glass building, but it works for us. We like being in a place that has a bit of history to it. Most of the day is spent on the phone or meeting folks who live nearby. We don't go for anything too flashy. We just sit here, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop downstairs. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We know the neighbors and the local shops around Roshan Mahal pretty well by now and the street is always full of life.
