Sez Dev Co is based right here in Navi Mumbai. We don't have a long, complicated address because everyone in the local business circle pretty much knows where the development work happens around here. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are in a place that is constantly growing and changing. We focus on development projects, which covers a lot of ground. Some days it feels like the whole city is under construction. We aren't one of those big firms with a huge marketing budget and a shiny website. We are just a small team of people who understand how land and buildings work in this part of Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at sites and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of talking to different folks from the area. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look at a piece of land or a project and figure out the best way to develop it. The office is mostly just a place to store files and hide from the heat for a bit. We’ve seen Navi Mumbai change so much over the years, and being a part of that change is just what we do for a living. It’s not always easy with all the paperwork and the humidity, but we stick to it. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes things get messy.
