Our Mumbai office is in Room Number 407 of the Metro Building, located in Gandhinagar, Worlinaka. Worli is a major hub, and being right by the Naka means we are in the middle of all the action. The Metro Building is one of those older commercial structures that has seen a lot of businesses come and go over the years. Our space on the fourth floor is where we handle a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to planning and administration. It is a typical Mumbai office—compact, functional, and always a bit busy. You can hear the city traffic from Worlinaka down below, which never really stops. We have our desks crammed in a bit, but everyone has their own space to work on their specific tasks. The humidity in Mumbai can be tough, so we rely heavily on the fans and the old air conditioning unit to keep things comfortable. We do not have a big lobby or fancy signage. It is just a door with our name on it in the hallway. People come in, drop off documents, and we get to work. Most of us commute using the local trains or buses, so we usually arrive with stories about the crowd or the rain. It is a very honest, hardworking environment where the focus is purely on getting the infrastructure projects moving. We do not go in for fancy talk or corporate polished looks; we just focus on the job at hand and getting home.
