Our office is located over in Thane West, specifically inside the Hiranandani Estate. If you know the area, you know it is quite a busy place with lots of tall buildings and people moving around all the time. We are in the Woldorf building, flat number 503. It is actually a residential-style setup which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold corporate office. Getting here can be a bit of a pain if the traffic on Godbandar Road is bad, which it usually is during the morning rush. Most of us just plan our day around that. From the window, you get a decent view of the other towers in the estate. It is a clean area, very different from the crowded parts of central Mumbai. We spend most of our hours here handling the logistics and the planning side of things. The space is a bit tight with all the files and desks, but it works for what we do. Since we are in a flat, it feels a bit like home, and we usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. There is a lot of construction always happening around Thane, so being an infrastructure company here makes sense. We see the cranes and the new roads being built every day from the balcony. It is just a regular group of people working hard to keep everything on track from this little corner of Maharashtra. We find that the quiet of the estate helps us focus better.
