Seven City Developers

Seven City Developers is based in the Natraj Building, specifically in office A-302. We are situated on Yari Road in the Versova Village area of Andheri West. This part of Mumbai has its own special character, being quite close to the sea. We spend our time working on property development projects. Our office is usually covered in blueprints, site maps, and various government forms. Property development is a long game, and it involves a lot of patience and dealing with different people. We have been in the Natraj Building for a while now and we like the location. Versova has a nice community feel, even though the work we do can be quite stressful at times. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office looks like a place where real work happens, with piles of documents and rolls of drawings everywhere. We are often out at construction sites, but A-302 is where we come back to do the planning and the paperwork. Most of our day is spent negotiating with contractors or checking on the progress of our current projects. We don't use big words to describe our buildings. We just try to build things that are solid and useful for the people who will live or work in them. It is a lot of responsibility, and we just take it one project at a time.
